Commission can be paid out either directly to your PayPal account or as a Tug‑E‑Nuff store gift card.

To set or change your commission pay-out method, log into the Partner Portal. Then head to the Settings tab, scroll to Pay-out Settings, and tap Change.

Here you can review your current pay-out method or select one if you haven’t already. You can also add or update the PayPal email address you’d like pay-outs sent to.

Once you’ve made your changes, click Submit to confirm.

Commission is paid on the last working day of each calendar month, as long as your payable commission balance is £20.00 or more. If you don’t reach £20 in a given month, your balance simply rolls over — you never lose payable commission.

Important note for Partners outside the UK

All commission is awarded in GBP. For sales made in other currencies, we convert the commission value into GBP.

When your pay-out is sent to PayPal, the GBP amount is converted into the currency of your PayPal account. 

If your pay-out is sent as a Tug‑E‑Nuff store gift card, the gift card is issued in GBP, but when you spend it, our system automatically converts it to the equivalent amount in your local currency.
